1. What Axiom Labs is
Axiom Labs is a self-help document preparation tool offered by Axiom Labs. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The templates, letters, and guidance inside the product are tools to help you prepare your own filings. Using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
2. Your purchase
The product is varies by product — see each product page for its pricing. Delivery is product-specific (see the product for details). Once delivered, the product is yours to keep permanently — we do not revoke access, even on refund.
3. Refunds
Refund policies are product-specific. Most products offer a 7-day window; see each product page. Request a refund by replying to the delivery email or using the refund link included with every purchase. Refunds beyond the stated window are handled case-by-case and not guaranteed.
4. What the product does and does not do
The product provides templates, deadlines, and a framework for pursuing common consumer recovery paths (including but not limited to credit card chargebacks and binding arbitration). Whether those paths succeed depends on your specific facts, deadlines, evidence, and the decisions of third parties (your card issuer, the arbitration provider, and the platform you are disputing). We make no guarantee of any particular outcome.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Labs's liability for any claim arising from or related to Axiom Labs is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost time, lost account access, missed deadlines caused by your own delay, or adverse outcomes in any dispute with a third party.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying deadlines and procedures with your card issuer, the arbitration provider, and any other third party before relying on the product. Laws and platform policies change; facts cited at the time of purchase may not be current at the time you file. Verify before acting.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Axiom Labs to file fraudulent disputes, make false statements to a card issuer or arbitrator, or pursue claims you know to be without basis. Doing so may expose you to legal liability that Axiom Labs is not responsible for.
8. Intellectual property
The product is licensed to you for your personal, single-use purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share it with others. Every copy is watermarked with the buyer's identity.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with a new effective date. Continued use of the product after an update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the product is resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
