What we collect
When you purchase Axiom Labs, we collect the information you enter on the intake form (your name, email, a description of your ban or dispute, and any related context you provide). We also receive the payment details processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
Your intake information is used to personalize the product delivered to you (letter templates are filled with your name and case details). Your email is used to send you the product, the 7-day refund link, and a short series of follow-up emails helping you use the product. Payment information is used to process your purchase and, if requested, your refund.
What we share
We share what is operationally necessary:
- Stripe — for payment processing and refund issuance.
- Resend — for transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic — for AI-powered personalization of the product content (intake fields are sent to their API to generate case-specific warnings).
- Vercel — for hosting the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not share it with the platform you are disputing (e.g., the product is for disputing Meta; we never share your info with Meta).
Follow-up emails
After purchase or signup to a free tool (like the deadline calculator), we send a short series of follow-up emails with practical next steps. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it once and you will not receive further marketing emails.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are retained per Stripe's retention policy (typically 7+ years for tax and compliance reasons). Intake form data is retained for as long as you may need support, then purged on request or after 2 years of inactivity. Lead records (from the free deadline calculator) are purged after 90 days of no activity.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we have on file, correction of any errors, or deletion of your records by emailing hello@axiomlabs.one. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics that profile visitors. Server logs may retain anonymized request data (IP, user agent, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
Children
Axiom Labs is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, please email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced with a new effective date.
